the staff were very polite and knowledgeable. the on-site restaurants offered high quality food at reasonable prices. the facilities here were great. i spent 5 nights in a studio apartment.
i found the sun bed situation to be getting worse. i seemed like a school child when moving the beds into the sun though it was difficult to get one. the female pool attendant was rude and belittling when speaking to people in my group on different occasions. wifi was rubbish this time.

the staff were friendly and check-in was smooth (that's something, i guess).
i asked for a room change on saturday, i visited the reception to ask for one. they said come back monday. on monday, they acted like they had no record of it and couldn't do anything, so i felt trapped.

the gym access had a daily fee. i think it should be included.

a few issues dampened the stay
noisy streetweak air conditioning
the room faced a noisy street. music from nearby bars was audible late into the night i could not sleep well. the air conditioning was weak it struggled to cool the room even at the highest setting

the location was alright. it was close enough to some beaches.
My apartment faced a wall, so there was zero view. the noise from nearby bars went on until late. It was far from a relaxing experience.
